I have stayed here a handful of times the first time I ran into an issue they made a mistake of charging my debit card after my stay to cover another persons room. The second time an issue occurred they had system issues taking my deposit the women asked me to try my card several times which on my end went through. Then on top of that I paid for the room in advance on Expedia the women who asked to run my card charged me for a night that was already paid through by the 3rd party vendor. Bad customer service.
The place is awesone better than any other hotel ive been to around sacramento. Has jetted tubs suites a hot tub that works and pool!
Nice place to stay. Quiet & off the highway near places to eat.
