I’ve lived at Rocklin Manor for about five years now. It’s the Best! Value in Rocklin by far. Being a Pet friendly property is a big plus. The Loomis School district is absolutely Amazing! I really love the park like setting with all the trees. The maintenance/office staff are very kind and helpful. My family and I also enjoy using the barbecue station poolside is a great amenity as well.
Immediately wanted to back out of my lease a week living here. The unit had roaches like bad!!!! My car got broken into and when I told the office they said they’d been having issues with that?? Would’ve been nice to know peoples cars were being broken into. Paying over $2000 a month for these shitty apartments was my biggest mistake. You can find better apartments anywhere else including Sacramento area!
I spoke way too soon I had to go back and re-review my posting. We lived at this complex for a year and it was a JOKE! We got our Car broken into and they did absolutely nothing about it! Our water heater broke and it went into the floors of my son’s room. They came and fixed the water heater and we had running machines to evaporate or suck out the water/mold in the walls and carpet. We lived through that for 3 days and it was boiling in the room because of those machines and they were loud. Then come to move out they charge... read more
Love these apartments! It’s a very friendly environment and affordable. The amenities are great the dog park and the basketball court is great! The office staff is amazing and helpful and they love when I take my dog to see them. I love how they have a little snack bar in the office accessible to all residents. Even dog treats! Definitely recommend living here!
