I met with Mark today to discuss moving our compressor to accommodate a pool installation. He gave a detailed explanation of the process and answered all my questions. I look forward to working with Rocklin Heating and Air as always.
Rocklin Heating and Air is excellent. They were very professional from beginning to end. Their pricing is very affordable as well. I highly recommend them.
Joe and the previous technician went through basics but neither has offered a solution to our unit not turning on. Telling the customer to get a ladder and climb into the attic to adjust the float trap is not a solution we want. We want our unit to run reliably. It is only 3-4 years old. We are frustrated!
