Once an excellent dental practice, this establishment underwent a significant transformation after changing ownership. Unfortunately, the new management falls short of the previous standards. During my first visit under the new ownership, I observed a distinct decline in performance. The hygienist, noticeably slow and lacking experience, eventually the dentist's came to check on her and the hygienist said she was done, yet her work only amounted to half of what the previous hygienist accomplished under the prior ownership. ... read more
Had a visit today for a bleach tray. It was amazing experience. Kasey took great care of me and made sure I was comfortable. Would recommend to anyone.
I am very pleased with my experiences at Rocklin Family Dental, they take great care of me and always help me to best understand my treatment when I have questions about it. I appreciate their wonderful attitudes and customer service.
Very disappointed in their insurance practices and communication. They asked for my insurance upfront, online and prior to any appointments. My daughter and I both went for cleanings and follow up treatments weeks after. At no time did they EVER mention they were "out of network" for Guardian insurance, and I would have to pay a significant portion. I was not aware until I received a bill in the mail.
