Allen was quick, responsive and knowledgeable. Store was clean and organized. Easy to find what I needed.
Chris and his team were great in helping me to replace some of the San Diego Fine Woodworking Association Shop's Rockler Routing Bits through Rockler's unconditional bit guarantee. The Shop has been open 7 years, and this is the first time that the Members/Leadership Team (all volunteers) have used the Rockler Guarantee to replace bits that have seen quite a lot of use.
