Rockler is a great spot for woodworking enthusiasts of all levels. There is some top-tier equipment available for just about any project. They also offer (paid) classes for learners. I took a pen making class that helped a ton. The wood selection is pretty good, and keep an eye out for sales if you aren't set on any type. Stock is very limited. Didn't have the carving knife I was looking for, and had only one kind of cut-proof gloves in only L and XL. Identical pieces of bass wood were priced extremely different. Sales rep couldn't explain it. Better off ordering through Rockler website.
These guys are AWESOME! My wife bought Rockler hinges online, and we purchased nothing at the store. I went for knowledge to install the hidden hinges. Not only did they explain installation, they printed the instructions! Hats off to them. Great service!!!
