Rockler is a great spot for woodworking enthusiasts of all levels. There is some top-tier equipment available for just about any project. They also offer (paid) classes for learners. I took a pen making class that helped a ton. The wood selection is pretty good, and keep an eye out for sales if you aren't set on any type.
