Went to the clinic twice in 5 days for pain related to abscess that needed to be drained. Paid for 2 consultations and was dismissed both times with nothing after explained my pain, admitted into hospital 3 days later to be told I’ve had this for atleast 2 weeks and now needed to have surgery… not remotely close to professional service

J'ai subis un examen à cet endroit aujourd'hui avec l'équipe de Dr Coussa. L'équipe est fantastiques mais une mention special à l'infirmier Daniel qui est selon moi l'exemple même de quelqu'un qui a à coeur ses patients !! Il a su répondre à tout mes questions et mes angoisses avec une attention si précieuse! Il est une vrai bouffé de bonheur pour qui conte sera sous ses soins ! Merci Daniel, grâce à toi et ton énergie positive tu as rendu cette experience beaucoup moins stressante !
I give this clinic a 5+ Stars review. Courteous and professional staff. The office assistants are great ( thank you to Maria) . We have been seeing Dr. Faucher , dermatologist, for over 1 year. Wonderful service, care and follow-up. We saw Dr. Coussa at the endoscopy clinic. Again, exceptional service from the nurses ( merci Daniel) and Dr. Coussa.
