I have been with Rockland trust my entire life, whole family has actually. I have to say that the lady's who work in the Randolph location are the nicest, and most helpful out of any I've been to.
People are kind
Terrible. When trying to cash a check, the employees were extremely rude. For this reason, I will not return and will not have an account with you. I felt humiliated by them.
This Randolph bank is awful! I would not give this bank a penny of my money. Always problems and incompetence from the employees. No written policies, the employees just make up policies as they go. The blind leading the blind in there. No Thanks! UPDATE** Still No phone call from the bank.
