Terrible. When trying to cash a check, the employees were extremely rude. For this reason, I will not return and will not have an account with you. I felt humiliated by them.
This Randolph bank is awful! I would not give this bank a penny of my money. Always problems and incompetence from the employees. No written policies, the employees just make up policies as they go. The blind leading the blind in there. No Thanks! UPDATE** Still No phone call from the bank.

On Tuesday the 30th of April.I went to Rockland Bank located In Randolph MA , in order to make a deposit on my account. The woman who was my teller asked me ; if “I was comfortable with the check I handed to her. Based on my Previous experiences whit the Rockland Bank; it usually takes up to 3 or 4 Days for my check s to be cleared. The teller and the Manager told me that the check will be available in 7 Days.I have been a Loyal customer of the Bank for a very Long Time.
