I was trying to buy a condo there, but they aren't carrying the proper fire insurance on the buildings. Be careful when buying or renting here.
All units are condos, so your experience may vary but the management company is non responsive and the vendors used are cheap. Bug problems aren't addressed. There was a fire in my buiding and the lack of communication and action is very frustrating.
