I have been immensely impressed by the quality of treatment and care for my daughter who participated in Rockland's IOP program. I've witnessed great improvement in her mental health, and a (long overdue) commitment to sticking with treatment. I also greatly appreciate the communication and responsiveness of both Brad and Justin. I want people to be aware before seeking treatment here. I was told by Rockland that if I stepped up to a higher level of care, I would certainly be able to return to their program afterward. Trusting that guidance, I made the very difficult decision to do so. Going to a higher level of care can put someone's job and stability at risk, but believed it was the right thing to do because I was told I could come back.
