Everyone’s nice and friendly until you don’t side with them. I thought of joining their IOP service, only to find out they were out of network with Cigna. When I decided I didn’t want to join anymore , they still charged me for the intake and now finance and billing won’t return my calls but they keep bothering me asking me to review their services.
It’s been a life changing experience. The support, patience & knowledge that has been shared and allowed me to grow and learn has been amazing. If you are ready for change embrace the experience.
My experience at Rockland recovery has been amazing, last year I went one their addiction program and if you need to get sober and don’t see a way out, Rocklands the spot to figure that out. They have sober houses attached to there programs where you can stay as long as you need (I stayed a year) and being around sober people who genuinely care and want to see you succeed was exactly what I needed. I want people to be aware before seeking treatment here. I was told by Rockland that if I stepped up to a higher level of care, I would certainly be able to return to their program afterward. Trusting that guidance, I made the very difficult decision to do so. Going to a higher level of care can put someone's job and stability at risk, but believed it was the right thing to do because I was told I could come back.
