When you first meet them they’re going to tell you it’s “all bills paid” once you’re moved in they tell you after you sign the lease you pay water, electric, sewer. It is what it is I guess I just wished we were wasn’t told it was all bills paid before we signed the lease. Now we are stuck waiting to see how much these utilities are going to cost. It’s our first month in.
This place is such a joke. My husband and I were on a waiting list for nine months until we actually heard back and got the process going and after going back-and-forth with these people they originally told us that the apartment that we were looking at would be $900 and then once they finally ran our good credit and checked our good references they told us that the apartment would be $1300. Mind you I don’t make much money and I only work part time and my husband only makes about 40,000 a year . What I don’t get is how is t... read more
