Great experience! The staff were helpful and very kind and they all took the time to make sure I was taken care of. Will be going back in the future!
Great doctors and friendly staff who went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of! They were pretty busy when I went in for my appointment but only had to wait a short time before being seen. Excellent selection of glasses too. Would recommend
Very professional service - timely and courteous. Concerns about insurance are not the fault of the practitioner, but usually the terms of the insurance policies - which are usually very limited on vision services.
Overall the visit and exam were pleasant, but the billing practices are fishy. They charge $260 for a standard eye exam where most opticians charge less than $100. They should probably tell people that before the appointment.
I received a bill for glasses i purchased 6 months ago. I paid for them at the time, on 2 different dates in three payments. Rockland eyecare had no record of these payments and expected me to take time from my day and provide proof. They considered this a "mistake", "everyone's lives are busy", they said! This was not simply a mistake, many errors that they need to take responsibility for, not me!! I was not impressed with the staff who i spoke with or communicated with via email.
