What an AMAZING program! From the first initial meeting with Joe, I was given the confidence to move forward and try this program. I appreciate the honesty that Joe provided especially since I have thyroid issues. He was extremely honest and told me that it would be much harder for a person with thyroid issues to be consistent. I love going there for the red light therapy. I learned how to eat healthy and not eat process food. I have lost 55 pounds. Since I started and now I feel great.i went from size 20 to a 14/16.i don’t have a recent picture this one is from February 5.Tracy has helped always asking her if the food I pick is a good choice.

Rockland County Weightloss has been effective and healing. The red light therapy has helped my inflammation and lower back issues. I have reached my weight loss goal and continue to stay on the nutrition program. I would highly recommend this program.
