Before coming to the Rockland County Weight Loss Center, I tried so many diets and followed trends I read in the news but nothing worked. For years, the scale wouldn't budge and I was so discouraged. Since January 20, 2025, I have lost 17 pounds so far and I feel great and have so much more energy! The entire team is wonderful and having a coach on hand to text to answer any questions is so helpful.
The staff is very helpful. My experience has been very positive. I would recommend this to anyone that is serious about losing weight. The red light therapy is incredible, not only for weight loss - it's been phenominel for my skin making it glow and tighten. I'm very happy with my results.
I'm so glad that I’ve found this program in Rockland. I'd tried red light therapy before, but the quality of these machines is unbeatable. I paired the lights with the nutrition and have seen incredible results. I feel like my old self, and I feel so clean and clear. Absolutely love this place. The red light therapy has made my skin better than ever. My skin is smoother, tighter and so soft. I'm also sleeping better/deeper. They have so many different types of red light beds and they are all so relaxing, that I never want to leave. I also love their vibration machines which feels like a workout on their own. The girls working there are so sweet and super helpful. Highly recommended!!! You will love it here ♥️
