I love going there for the red light therapy. I learned how to eat healthy and not eat process food. I have lost 55 pounds. Since I started and now I feel great.i went from size 20 to a 14/16.i don’t have a recent picture this one is from February 5.Tracy has helped always asking her if the food I pick is a good choice.

First off, the people working there are so understanding and lovely. Everything was explained to me throughly. I love the red light beds. I noticed my hair grew quicker and got thicker. I felt less bloated as well. I hope to continue to be able to use this facility.
