First off, the people working there are so understanding and lovely. Everything was explained to me throughly. I love the red light beds. I noticed my hair grew quicker and got thicker. I felt less bloated as well. I hope to continue to be able to use this facility.

I absolutely love this place!! My mom was the one who found them and I am so glad she did. I have worked with personal trainers and didn’t really see much results but since coming here, my family and friends have seriously noticed a transformation. I did not realize how bad I was eating until coming here and didn’t want to really go on a diet but more so learn how to eat cleaner especially since I am on the road a lot for my career. I joined this program with the intent of learning how to cleanse my body, eat right and shed some weight the natural way. Everything was thorough and easy to follow. The coaches are amazing at keeping you on track and checking in with you. Having a busy schedule I had to move my appointments sometimes and they were very understanding. Anyone looking to get in the right track for their health please check it out! Red light therapy takes some time to work but you will definitely see results!
