I made most of my platelet donations to NYBC here, and my 100th platelet donation to them was here. Great people Mel, Yvonne and Angelica were my usual phlebotomists. I will miss them as the Nanuet donor center is permanently closed. I hope to see them at the Montvale, NJ center that recently opened and replaces Nanuet for the area.

This place is a pig sty. And yes, the tall woman was so incredibly rude. She couldnt have been worse to me and my 9 year old daughter. She should be fired immediately. This place is SO dirty and ghetto. It almost seems scammy. Don’t ever go here. Ever.

Some of the staff was rude , the young black lady was very rude I wouldn’t recommend this location , try another one ,

Was going to donate today, but the staff was swamped so I ended up leaving. I could tell they were not in a good mood. They do not control scheduling so it isn't their fault. This seems like an easy fix if NYBC would space out their reservations. I donated at this location a few years ago, but this time it was not a pleasant experience.
