Rockland Apartments is a rock The management is terrible. They have silly rules and fines for many small things. I would not recommend this place or anyplace managed by the rexburghousing.com family.
Dump I lived in the apartment by the pool, and you can always hear everyone anytime they use the pool. You can hear the people above you easily. Owners are ridiculous: Provide small amount of visitor parking and when visitors park in tenant spots visitors are get booted (even if your family comes to visit you for 20 minutes, and I swear that's NOT even an exaggeration), so you get to pay $50 which is great because as a student, you $50 is chump change right? Back to my apartment, it is really small, even uncomfortable with s... read more
Party central "All the cool kids live there" is what I heard about Rockland. What I saw was a lot of irresponsible, annoying renters. The place looks and feels like you are in a prison, with barely any windows. All you see out your window is someone else's window or wall. It is on a busy road, but if you don't plan on being at your place a lot this could be a good fit.
