Lowest level of patient care the second you walk through the door. If the patient experience upon arrival is awful, regardless of how good the treatment is after, the tone was already set by the facility and its staff. The waiting room was so cold that everyone sat bundled up in their coats. The news was on the TV, discussing trump and Gaza hostages. Doesn’t really set patients up for good pre operative intake. If you are looking for a place to have your surgery that will make you feel confident and comfortable , look no further than the Rockland and Burger Surgical Center. They have made each and every experience at ease for me. From the wonderful staff at check-in at the counter to the surgery prep, Dr Gupta and his assistants. They talked me through my entire procedure letting me know what was going to happen and how it was going to feel, before they did anything. I couldn’t recommend this place enough. From the moment I walked in, I felt genuinely welcomed. Dr Feliciano and all the staff were incredibly caring, attentive, and genuinely friendly—going out of their way to make sure I was comfortable and well taken care of. It’s rare to find a place where everyone is so consistently kind and professional. Highly recommend.
Horrible place, will not recommend at all. Staff in the operating room is beyond unprofessional. Worse place ever. Marian is beyond rude. Not welcoming at all. Before even having a thought in mind to have any shoulders or knee go somewhere else, I promise
The nurses, the staff are all polite and helpful. Dr Gamberg is amazing. And so is his team.
