Facility was clean and no evidence of rodents during the 6 months we rented our unit. Also, the pitch on the driveway insures that even with heavy rains, the units stay nice and dry. Easy access with wide driveways.
Great experience all around. The facility’s clean and feels safe and the staff, I think her name is Grace or Gracie, is just genuinely soo nice. It’s rare to find that kind of customer service anymore. If you need storage near Rock Lake, this is the spot.
