Sent my Galaxy S4 in for screen repair over the summer. When it came back it had significantly less sensitivity around the edges. They told me to send it in so they could re-fix it with their "new machine" that they apparently just got. I smelled BS but gave it a shot anyway. When it came back this time, there were three permanent marks on the screen that I cannot get rid of.
