Horrible customer service when calling in. Lady who answered did not even say good bye, she in fact hung the phone up while I was saying, have a good day! Just awful!!!! If you really hate your job that much to even be polite on the phone to someone who’s looking for the address then do not work with those who “serve the public”. Retire or go find a job you do not need to be respectful, helpful and at the very least polite.
