Unprofessional, not a comprehensive exam for presenting issue. Pre-judged based on appearance. Misdiagnosed and no help at all. Waste of time. Went to Urgent Care in Claremont and they properly diagnosed me and helped. Highly recommend.
Not very professional was sent home not really knowing what the issue was was told to call the doctor and speak with them the next day if any issues got worse call the next day and they would not do anything unless I paid another $75 to be seen again the exact opposite of what I was told the day before very disappointed as it would have been handy to stay in town.
The new call center that they are now contracting with is an absolute waste of time. When asked to be put through to the actual office they will lie to you and say they work onsite and that they are not a call center. The accents and call center background noises are dead giveaways.

This place is awful and I will never come back here. I brought my daughter in yesterday they told me the walk in closes at 4:00 when their hours online say 5:00. So today I made sure to fly home after work to have my daughter seen just for an ear infection I walked through the door at 3:40 and the receptionist refused to take our info because they close at 4:00 and their was another patient ahead of us.
