If I could give this office no stars that would be appropriate. My elderly grandfather with cancer and on dialysis has been in and out of the hospital causing him to miss appointments. As I called to advise he was in the hospital and unable to cancel his appt the rude and insensitive Office Manager explained that since he no-showed 3 times since 2023 he wouldn’t be able to return. Please DO NOT go to this office as policy is clearly most important than patient care.

Update after years at end: Spent $60 on a copay today for the doctor to ask me how I was doing, told me to have a good day and also told me to tell my father hello. Will definitely start going somewhere else and see someone different. I feel so disrespected and I feel like I got absolutely scammed. Take your business elsewhere it'll truly be worth the money. Tried to make an appt and I was told since I was a new patient they couldn't take my insurance (medicaid) but it clearly says on their website they take medicaid. Why does it matter if I am a new patient or not?! Do Not go there or even attempt to call if you will be a new patient with government insurance
