Got a call from this place claiming that someone made a purchase through my walmart account and to contact them. This is a scam call number.
I never got to be seen because of the rude office manager.Someone called me the day before and said my appointment was the next day at 4 when I got there she tells me it was at 3:30 and I couldn't be seen.So I told her who ever called me said 4 she said I don't know why they would've told you 4 o'clock.I don't either but they did..So I could she reschedule it for another day. And she said rudely I will this time but it want be another time.So I I told her don't bother I will just go somewhere else.
I've been going(my husband as well)to RF&A for 4 years to the Danville and Reidsville location. Dr McKinney and the office staff are phenomenal, patient, and informative medical professionals! Highly recommend!!
Do yourself and your feet a favor by avoiding Rockingham Foot & Ankle located in Danville, Virginia. Witnessed the secretary, and office manager bully, and racially intimidate a senior citizen that happened to be a veteran. The exchange was uncomfortable to watch, and very disheartening that a medical practice is allowed in 2026 to treat societies most vulnerable with complete disregard, and disrespect.
