Have just used Carpet Court in Rockingham to replace the carpet in 3 rooms of my elderly mothers house. The service we received from Carpet Court was excellent from start to finish. The new carpet is beautiful, instore service from Rob was great and Brian did a fantastic job laying the carpet. Carpet Court also supported us in facilitating the removal and replacement of the furniture in the rooms on the same day as the carpet was laid by Graham and his team. We recently had the pleasure of dealing with the team at Carpet Court Rockingham with one of their " Turnkey packages." This was the last piece of the puzzle to complete a 9 month renovation and was executed to perfection, from the furniture removalist to the final clean. Store was very easy to deal with - Rob and Chris made things very straightforward. Installers generally did a good job and minor issues were corrected promptly by Matt following installation. Happy with the job and would recommend.
The whole process from carpet selection to installation was excellent. The team was helpful, professional, and made everything so easy. The carpet looks fantastic and has completely transformed the room. Highly recommend!
