Store was very easy to deal with - Rob and Chris made things very straightforward. Installers generally did a good job and minor issues were corrected promptly by Matt following installation. Happy with the job and would recommend.
The whole process from carpet selection to installation was excellent. The team was helpful, professional, and made everything so easy. The carpet looks fantastic and has completely transformed the room. Highly recommend!
We recently had new carpets installed through Carpet Court. The installation itself was fine, but we were disappointed to find that the carpets weren’t vacuumed after being laid. This was never mentioned during the consultation or in any of the documents we received, and we expected that brand new carpets would be presented clean and ready to use, especially after installation leaves visible fluff and loose fibres EVERYWHERE.
