You can check the survey that I just finished from, I think it was the national Nissan company. The service at Nissan of Richmond has always been excellent, and Debbie is the best service technician ever
Avoid purchasing here at all costs!! The sales people are AWFUL. And so disrespectful. The one I had, Mohamed, told me he didn’t care if I have trust in Nissan (bc I was developing lack of trust at this point). But you SHOULD care bc you are selling me a car. I have text proof to show for it. His manager was also absolutely awesome. And same wih Charles Bull.
Took 2.5 hrs to complete state inspection and wheel alignment, seems excessive to me. Debbie, service advisor always pleasant, greets you with a smile, keeps you informed and I hopeccomments are shared with her. Dennis Connell
