They replaced a tailgate cap for my truck. It barely lasted 10k miles before it broke again. 2 tailgate caps on a truck with 33k miles. Just barely out of warranty so they didn’t work with me at all. Basically told me “too bad” for what is clearly bad work or a defective part. Wanted to charge $300-500 for a new one. Found one online for $60 and won’t be going back for any future work.
