After my mobility scooter was damaged upon arrival in Cleveland, the airline contacted Rocking Movility to help. Paul brought a rental scooter to my hotel so that I would not be stranded and was able to fully repair my scooter in time for my trip home. From the time when my claim opened to the time it was closed was less than 46 hours.
