We stopped going 5 years ago because of horrible breakfasts. We decided to try again today and apparently we didn't miss out on anything. Everything is about $1-$2 overpriced. They use small to medium eggs, very small portion. Toast was not toasted and was barely warm. Waffle wouldn't melt it's own butter. Sausage links deep fried long before we got there and dried out and barely heated through AND $3.99 for two dried out links. Normally the food is really good here in the service. But I came about 8 tonight and I ordered their chicken and dumplings which I normally love but these were more like soup and there was very very little chicken. Plus the side vegetables were lukewarm as well as the chicken dumpling soup. The server did heat it up but it still wasn't quite hot enough

Quick, friendly staff, and delicious breakfast.
I'd highly recommend this diner. I've only had breakfast food so far. The service, food, and price are excellent. I think my husband and I have found our local breakfast place.
