Joe is a very shady character. Beware of buying anything from this place. He tried to commit fraud by opening a case with the warranty company and not fixing the issue. He told us he had his mechanic replace a part, but the mechanic told me he never touched the vehicle. Then Joe told me he sent it to a shop, I called that shop and the owner told me he never had that vehicle in his shop. Absolute criminal. Do not buy from this place.
Would definitely not purchase a vehicle from this place. My mother bought a truck from them and also an extra warranty. It was in and out of his shop for months after she purchasedit. Itwas next to impossible to get a straight answer out of the guy. He claimed his mechanic replaced the torque converter and returned the truck to her. Upon inspection that part had never been replaced. Ended up having to take it to another shop altogether. Joe was a real nice guy, and he gave me a good price on a Liberty. However, I definitely believe he did not fully disclose the numerous problems the Jeep has. The engine check light came on w/in 30 minutes of me leaving the business. I had the Jeep for less than a day. It's been in the shop for 2, and the problems, MAJOR problems, just keep adding up.
