We brought my car in a bit before our scheduled time. Told it would about 11/2 . Got dropped off to pick up car and was told it was going to be a 2 hours !! I was stranded. No ride was offered. No apology. NOTHING!! I asked the owner I guess ( he was sitting in the office) if I would receive a call when my car is ready since it was late he was rude and dismissive. I recently bought a remote start from Rockin Ronny's and i couldnt be happier. The costumer service was great and the install was quick. They even gave me a ride to the mall to do some Christmas shopping while car was being worked on and picked me up when it was done! They made sure the remote start was exactly what I was looking for. I will definitely be recommending them to others!
Big shout out to Rocking Ronnie's superstore for installing my new remote car starter. I was so greatful for the friendly staff and professional grade work on installing the remote start before this cold weather hit.
When we arrived at the store at our scheduled appointment time, all doors were locked. We waited until somebody arrived to unlock the doors about fifteen minutes later. So, when I picked it up, over in the door there was an employees ecig. I can only assume they were using it in my car. So classy. They get an extra star for the remote start working, but I suggest you take your vehicle somewhere that has some respect for their customers.
There was error post to my self but when they told the reason that they cloud help me because of one of there employees get hospital I accept that point thanks you Rockin Ronny'n superstore
