I have used massage therapists and rolfing for many years. Allison has the unique ability to use elements from both of these as well as stretching. She adjusted her pressure depending on the sensitivity of the area and need for pressure on trigger-points. I would highly recommend her to anyone who works out or has long-standing issues with muscle soreness
