They definitely don't go the extra mile or the extra inch for customers. I will never buy anything from them again. I ordered the wrong size boots by accident online, I called them as soon as they opened to see if I could straighten it out, but they straight-up said too bad for you now you're stuck with them. Too much trouble for them to go get the box from the shipping area. Thanks for nothing.
FYI - this is the kind of boot you buy to put on a shelf and look at. If you intend to wear them, look elsewhere. "These boots are not designed as a work boot so wearing them in water or harsh chemicals is going to ruin the sole."

Boots came, way to Small and this company doesn’t have a free return policy. That’s sucks. Not Happy
Purchased boots online from this company. I received the boots in the mail and they had clear signs of wear, multiple creases, scratches, and stains. I emailed the company and got no response. I finally was able yo get someone to answer their customer service number and the person I spoke with was very rude.
