Artesha has done my hair here since I moved to TX. And I am not the easiest client. I am very picky and know what I want. She delivers above and beyond everytime. Her customer service is phenomenal as is her talent. I feel like a diva once I leave.

Lets just say I decline getting the free haircut they offered me after they insinuated I was lying about my hair an what I asked of their services. The woman questioned the about of hair her beautician removed from my head exclaiming "well I will check the trash to see how much hair she cut off" and "well how would I know what you asked her to do to you" as well as " it's already been cut off what do you want me to do about it...it's not like I can glue it on" " We don't do refunds sorry" all while the woman was snickering a... read more

Kelly Turner, at Changes Hair Studio, is an exceptional stylist. She cut my 91 year old mother's hair perfectly. It's the best hair cut she's had in years! It's been over a month since her hair was cut and it still looks great! She also colored Mom's hair and the color was exactly what we wanted. Changes has added new people and the best is Kelly. She cuts my hair and trims my beard with care. She cuts my wife's hair and she is very picky but is very pleased. She also cuts my son's hair and he is always satisfied. She left Sport Clips at Conroe and is now independent here at Changes. Kelly will listen to what you want and you will leave satisfied

I tried this place once for a haircut and they didnt do a bad job but it wasnt great either. Then months later I wanted to get a haircut, mani, pedi, massage and eyebrow wax so I called for some pricing at different places. I tried this place first because I had used it before so I called and the lady who answered the phone was the rudest person!!
