5-Stars +++ A very heavy snow- and ice-load slid off our Grand County residence's roof, and as it came down it took a metal chimney and sewer vent with it. This left two holes in our roof that were exposed to melting snow, snow and rain. We needed emergency roof repairs ASAP to prevent water damage and possible mold issues.
