The radio on my daughter's 2014 Jeep Cherokee kept saying that it needed to be updated, so she took it here to get that done. This "radio" is the big touch screen in the middle of the dash that shows the backup camera, the navigation system, and controls many of the car's functions. Service dept lazy and cuts corners. Last year I went for an oil change, they left the oil cap off. Level dropped and started smelling like it was burning up the motor. By the time I got back to the dealership the lady said you don't even need to say anything I smell it. Incident number two today went for a rotate and balance which is two separate things by the way when it used to be included together and I took new lug nuts to them because mine were swollen. Just bought a used truck from this dealership, everything was great until about 300 miles (1 week) into owning my vehicle, when the check engine light came on. I called the dealership and no one will answer any questions or provide any solutions. Now I have a local auto shop quoting me $1k-$2k repair....do not recommend buying from them, terrible experience.
After purchasing a vehicle from them (fairly pleasant experience) I noticed that there was corrosion on the door hinges. I made an appointment for a 7am service to have the issue addressed. When dropping the vehicle off the night before the appointment I was told to "leave the keys on the desk". I was not asked who I was, why I was there, or what I was dropping off.
