Dr Rockhold is one of my 2 favorite Dr's. She is carring and sweet.....its such a blessing to have a Dr like her! I can't find a word that really says just how much I appreciate. We need more Dr like her!!!🤗
Rockhold is one of my favorite physicians. She listens well as she gets to the root problem of symptoms or complaints. She is not a wham bam doctor. She listens and answers questions as long as necessary. Everyone in the clinic is friendly. In 30 years there has been little personnel changes. That's important to patients.
After over 20 years as a patient, my mother requested to only see Dr. Rockhold for her appointments. She was treated very condescendingly by the nurse practitioner who seemed rushed and uninterested in caring for her. The offices' response was that they could send her records somewhere else because that is their policy- 1 Dr. Visit per year and 1 Nurse practitioner visit per year. She was not asked why she wanted to only see the physician or what might have happened. She was only told they would send her records elsewhere. I... read more
