We are a full service OB/GYN practice with offices in Lee's Summit and Overland Park. Wait was around 5 mins and then dr I usually wait 5-10 mins and she's awesome. I love dr Amsterdam!
I've seen them for my 3 children. The wait time tends to be long (almost an hour each time), but generally it's because they needed to attend a delivery. If I was in the other person's shoes I'd want the dr. focused on my delivery.
Be prepared to wait. Each time I've gone it's been at least 30 minutes in the waiting room and 30 minutes for the doctor.
Staff is more friendly than Dr Finkle. I haven't yet seen any other doctors from here. But I am less than impressed with the way she interacts with her patients. And I am currently in the process of trying to get my Rx changed to something I can have as I am breastfeeding, and you have to jump through hoops to try to get an Rx changed. Also she had little sympathy as I was going through a tubal pregnancy. She did my surgery, and I have terrible bruising over a week later still that hasn't subsided.
