I've been going to RVA for 20 years - I have always received great service and my dogs always been treated with care and compassion by the entire staff. When faced with the loss of my "best" friend, Dr. Lin and Diane took extra time and care throughout the process for which I will be always grateful. With the recent spay of a new rescue, the care was wonderful as usual. Thank you to the entire staff and Dr. Brandon. Thank also to Diane for taking the time to send a post op photo of the little girl in recovery.
Staff was very rude and unpleasant. They always seem to be in a hurry to just get the job done. I have also witnessed them arguing with other employees. Very sad to be leaving, but I can not deal with the negative attitude anymore :(

Great vets ; very caring, share info with each other and stay up to date on new protocols and products. Hospital is clean and well taken care of. Staff is helpful and informative.
