Our first experience in March 2023 was really great. We felt heard, the office seemed nice and they had a good selection of frames for our children and myself. Spent a pretty penny on 4 pairs of glasses and left on our merry way. flash forward six months: One of our eight year olds came home from school with broken frames-- a playground incident gone wrong and the arm of the glasses frame missing.
