Had to get a procedure done there. When I called 4 days later because I still had a lot of pain. I called 15 min before they were open and nobody called me back. I had to call them back 2 hours later. In which I took another hour for a nurse to call me back and ask me a few questions. 2 hours later I called back again and this time they are out to lunch. Finally, a nurse calls me an hour later to tell me that the pain is normal and I should switch from ice to heat!!! How does it take 5 hours to rely that message????? ... read more
