Had to get a procedure done there. When I called 4 days later because I still had a lot of pain. I called 15 min before they were open and nobody called me back. I had to call them back 2 hours later. In which I took another hour for a nurse to call me back and ask me a few questions. 2 hours later I called back again and this time they are out to lunch. Finally, a nurse calls me an hour later to tell me that the pain is normal and I should switch from ice to heat!!! How does it take 5 hours to rely that message????? ... read more
I sat 70 minutes in a room in November waiting for the doctor and they wondered why I left, today I arrived to pickup a prescription that was filled yesterday and was told to arrive before closing and pick it up, I arrived at 4:15 and was told the pharmacy was closing early and to come back Monday. It's a 60 mile roundtrip for me. They are totally indifferent to their patients in my view and exhibit a totally uncaring attitude towards their patients

Rockford Urological Associates' physicians are so knowledgeable and responsive, and our family's experience there has been excellent. They are truly experts in their field and have taken excellent care of my loved ones.
They are way too busy to give you good care. Go to a different Urologist.
The Uroligists are wonderful but the female staff are horrible. I've made it very clear of my displeasure. If need be research other facilities with a support staff that are respectful. Thank you.
