I got a black Cubs jersey that was blank on the back. I am going to a game on Sunday. I went to the website and saw there was a chat and you can ask questions about what you want. It was the end of a business day on a Thursday. We were having a discussion back and forth and l was still getting messages at 10p. He was very responsive, communicated quickly, and made sure everything was handled promptly and professionally. I worked with Don directly throughout the process, from start to finish, and he truly made sure I was taken care of. Great customer service and strong communication. Truly a pleasure working with him! Would absolutely recommend.
