Because we were running late by 13 minutes Dr. Masa wouldn't see how dog for her appt. Now here is our story of why we were running behind. My oldest son and I were hit by a cement truck on Monday and our van was totaled. Then on Wednesday I fell down the stairs and now I am on crutches. I would not recommend Rockford Animal Hospital to anyone. They are all about making money and not about customer service.
