Ms Kim from the Lab took care of me yesterday, she was not only professional but she was great at what she done. Me being a hard stick and always having trouble with my veins I was blown away with her accuracy and painless blood draw. She’s a keeper and definitely will be asked for when I need to go back. Llevo intentando 3 días comunicar con esta clínica y sin resultado alguno. Fui personalmente y quedaron en resolver mi problema al otro día. Me quedé esperando llamada. Intento desde entonces comunicar pero sin resultado. NO LOS RECOMIENDO PARA NADA. No son confiables.
I called today with some questions. For privacy purposes they were not able to answer my questions, which I understand and will get that taken care of. (That was not the issue, I understand they have rules to follow to protect there patients). However the receponisist that answered the phone was beyond rude, unprofessional and disrespectful. So much so that I requested to speak to her supervisor. The supervisor was much nicer and very helpful. So far, I do not recommend them based on this experience and that of my loved one ... read more
Wonderful treatment from the time I walk into the office and until I leave. One of my best doctors is Dr Sankaran. Highly recommend this office to anyone
