Do not buy with them. Look at MI or Fischer. My concrete ribbon and sidewalk are falling apart, a year after moving in. I had 4 concrete companies out to look at it and they all said there is no way it should look like that (I've sealed it twice). They said the pitting, holes, chipping, and spalling. Rockford will not stand behind it even though it was very clearly installed poorly. Very disappointed. Overall quality of the house is poor too. Thrown together quickly with subpar materials. I'm currently in the process of building a home with Rockford homes. Buyer beware of the complete dates that they provide you. Or beware if they don't provide you with a complete date at all. The communication during the first 11 months has been non-existant. Highly disappointed and don't want to hear about covid and supply chain issues when I see other builders knocking homes out.
