Furnace had bad heat exchanger. We can't thank Mike, Alex, Nick, Haakon, April and office staff. Always professional, friendly, attentive to our situation and go above and beyond. We highly recommend Rockford Heating and Air Conditioning for new installs, maintenance and repairs. Thank you for getting us temporarily up and running, ordering warrantied parts and installing in such a timely manner. You're all to be commended. Absolutely fantastic service!! I woke up to my furnace blowing cold air on a chilly winter morning. The person I spoke to on the after hours line was so friendly and reassuring that someone would call me as soon as the office opened. I received the call as expected and they arranged service in the afternoon. When I expressed my concerns about being very sensitive to the cold and having to work from home, she went above and beyond to get a tech out earlier.
