I had an appointment on July 1st. They told me they would order me items to pick up at the pharmacy. I called them on July 16th to ask them why it still hadn’t been sent to the pharmacy, they said they would do that. It is now July 27th, and it still has not been done. Maybe don’t tell patients that something will be sent to a pharmacy if you never plan on doing so. Not to mention they only want to give you OTC items even when they don’t help much. Rockford Gastroenterology is a great facility caring nurses and Dr Patel was kind and explained everything.
All of the staff were helpful, friendly, and professional. Dr Patel was friendly and professional. He explained what he found and what was removed. I like the fact that he has a plan for what will be done moving forward. Thanks again to EVERYONE at RGA, I appreciate everything you've done for me.
Excellent gastrointestinal doctor . Answered all my questions prior to the procedure. The procedure went well. After the colonoscopy, he went over my procedure, care and limitations, following up with a document for my driver to give me.
