How much is it i need to know
I'll preface this by saying that my time there was very enjoyable. My neighbors were all elderly and quiet, never had any issues with my neighbors. I would also like to say that I consider myself an excellent renter. I always paid my rent on time or in some cases earlier than required. you can never meet the current manager before 9:30am or after 4:30 pm. No privacy. She can enter your apartment without a notice.

Everyone beware!! These apartments built in the 80s and they have BLACK MOULD in them especially Building H. the management is very shrewd and they get upset when we report any problems. The management, especially the property manager and owner is very unprofessional and lacks dignity in their approach to people. The rooms smell like sewage during rainy days and they do nothing about it. CONSIDER YOUR DEPOSITS GONE .
