They rescheduled an appoint for a routine service 9 months into the future. Accepts insurance for said service. It is my assumption that a new customer would get an earlier appointment. Accredited professionals do work here, but whoever is in charge is on notice for allowing the practice of overbooking or booking to an extent that no one can get in edgewise. I'll assume it's legal. Great place to go great customer service
Go somewhere else! I have been a patient here for about 3 years now and this is, hands down, one of the worst dental offices I have ever been to. Sometimes the staff are friendly but for the most part they are not. The woman in the finance department in specialty, is always pleasant and I've never had an issue with her. I always feel I am as nice as I can be because no one gets anywhere being rude and angry. Satisfied Patient! I have been a patient for over a decade and have always been VERY happy with the level of service that I receive! Also, my teenage son recently starting seeing one of the Orthodontists and I am SO pleased with the care he is receiving. The staff is always helpful and courteous!
rockford dental care pc – Don't recommend if you don't have insurance. Even with their discount plan, the prices were prohibitive. AFter paying for exam, xrays and disc plan still charged extra $20 to copy xrays. Was told all dental offices in the area do this. Nice people until you question their practices and prices.
Excellent Dr. Barresi and his staff was very friendly. The facility was clean and conveniently located. I would tell my friends that this is an excellent place to get their wisdom teeth extracted.
patient have partials for less than a year and broke 3 times so far is that how you make your money
