Buyer beware! If you plan on ordering pellet vent pipe be sure to call them and make sure it is in stock. I ordered some pipes on the website. I put them in the cart and ordered them with no issues. They provided me tracking and shipped the order. When the order arrived it was not complete. I asked them why and they informed me that one of the pipes i had ordered was on back order. Rockford was very responsive in helping me, a DIYer, get my stove chimney arranged through the vaulted ceiling and standing seam metal roof. It turned out great and they were helpful answering questions as I went. Prices were not cheap, but I got what I paid for. The chimney parts are well made and all fit together perfectly. Highly recommend Rockford.
I purchased a wood stove fan that sits on top and works by heat. The previous one I had was an Amazon cheap China fan that lasted almost two seasons and cost me $30. I decided to try and find something premium and made in the USA. The website for RCS says items are made in the USA and that they sell items they have used and tested for over 15 years. Do not use this company!Terrible experience. I sent an email giving them the dimensions and asking what the cost would be. They didn't even bother responding. Well folks, that immediately tells me that if they cant even respond to a potential new customer, How much worse is it going to be with the lack of communication when you actually make a purchase and you're waiting and waiting and never get a response about your order? Excellent service, and fast. I ordered Thursday evening and Apple Pay put in the wrong address, which caused a panic. Addresses were 1000 miles apart. I called their customer service line and let them know. When they opened the next day address was corrected and the product showed up on Tuesday. Nice work people!
