I was totally ripped off when I bought my new car. Took the thrill out of having the new car out. I saw that they were listing the car I traded in for Close to $8000 more than they gave me and they gave me $4500 for it. What a forest. I guess greed is still part of the Americans away. Not happy with that dealership at all will not return except for warranty work. They will have to answer to God in the long run, not me. Sorry I ever went there.

Tried working out a good lease deal to keep buisness local. After working with them for 2 days and getting tired of playing games and trying to get a deal that made sense I took their offer and another dealer in McHenry beat it without a problem… and beat it out by a LOT for the same trim & added in extras! Personally wouldn’t recommend Napleton! Thankfully I’m pretty financially literate and know better then to take such a marked up deal, but I would hate to see someone get taken advantage of here!
My husband, Cody, worked with Ethan to purchase a used car from Napleton Cadillac. This was an out of state purchase. They made the process incredibly smooth, had the notary come to our house, and set up to have the car delivered. Most painless car purchase we ever had! 100% satisfied. Would purchase from them again!
