DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE! We trusted Napleton to work on our Escalade as a certified Cadillac mechanic dealership and that was a mistake. Our truck left running worse than it was when we took it in and they have no interest in making it right after contacting them. They made their $220/hr labor through warranty and out of our pocket and suggested we check and change the spark plugs and wires. They didn't check them, only suggested. We've been very pleased with everyone at Napleton. The staff is accommodating to one's needs & concerns.
My experience with Napleton Cadillac was extremely disappointing because I bought a warranty coverage for windshield damage that was not clear and changed after purchase. I had cracked my windshield twice and they would not fix it under my warranty. They said that the size of the crack mattered. At the time of purchase they did not tell us that the size would make a difference in ability to cover any damages. If I had had known that, I would not have paid for the extra coverage.
