Purchased a new 2026 Cadillac Escalade ESV. Justine was my salesperson. She has sold me 7 Cadillacs over the years. She is the most knowledgeable and accommodating salesperson I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Larry in finance worked with me to get the terms I was comfortable with. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE! We trusted Napleton to work on our Escalade as a certified Cadillac mechanic dealership and that was a mistake. Our truck left running worse than it was when we took it in and they have no interest in making it right after contacting them. They made their $220/hr labor through warranty and out of our pocket and suggested we check and change the spark plugs and wires. They didn't check them, only suggested.
