Go see Bob Fisher! Great guy, quite knowledgeable, patient, not pushy, and trustworthy. A definite step above all the other salesman and dealers we have seen in the rockford area. We enjoyed our experience so much we brought my daughter back for an amazing mazda that was meant for her first car. If we ever go shopping again,we will stop here first every time. I earlier posted a review which was not favorable. That was done in error. I have since taken that review down and wish to compliment all the staff, especially Justine at Napleton auto Works. They are all courteous and kind.
I was totally ripped off when I bought my new car. Took the thrill out of having the new car out. I saw that they were listing the car I traded in for Close to $8000 more than they gave me and they gave me $4500 for it. What a forest. I guess greed is still part of the Americans away. Not happy with that dealership at all will not return except for warranty work. They will have to answer to God in the long run, not me. Sorry I ever went there.
