My experience with Napleton Cadillac was extremely disappointing because I bought a warranty coverage for windshield damage that was not clear and changed after purchase. I had cracked my windshield twice and they would not fix it under my warranty. They said that the size of the crack mattered. At the time of purchase they did not tell us that the size would make a difference in ability to cover any damages. If I had had known that, I would not have paid for the extra coverage.
We just bought a 2010 Lexus IS 350C from Napleton Cadillac. Since we’re out of state and couldn’t see the vehicle in person, we needed extra assistance before making our purchase decision. Not only did Alex respond promptly to each request, he even provided extra photos, video, and took the vehicle to a local mechanic for an independent inspection.
