The Rockford apartments are a terrible place. Out-dated, bad wiring, bad plumbing (drains back up constantly, pipes rattle and shake the apartments anytime used) black mold , lead paint, smoking tenants and BAD MANAGEMENT!!!! find a decent place, unless your a dirtball you will be disguisted with the ROCKFORD APARTMENTS in Aberdeen SD! I know from exp.
I dont know if I would rent from them. Make sure the place is up to City Codes before you rent.
