Some of the paramedics we have come across have been rude and disrespectful when needing them to respect us on needing to get residents medical help. Which is very concerning. I hope next time we need to call the ambulance to send a resident out it's not Rockford EMS or at least have the same experience. Only reason for 2 stars is they arrived on time.
